Abstract :
Automotive chassis for automotive manufacturing base, is the automobile assembly substrate, its manufacturing efficiency and quality on the whole vehicle performance impact is enormous. However, in the actual production of manufacturing prone to bending rebound quantity is too large, resulting in the subsequent production of riveting line station positioning is not accurate, riveting arch operation difficult, riveting arch is not good, partial riveting, flip riveting low efficiency and security problems. This article through to the light truck chassis bending analysis of influence factor, put forward a kind to use the rack and pinion drive three point straightening machine design scheme, aimed at improving the chassis processing quality, improve the efficiency and flexibility of riveting.
