Abstract :
This paper proposes a removable architecture for the wavelength-tunable DWDM-ONU in coexistence type WDM-PONs. The performance of a 50-GHz-spaced DWDM selector based on a simple angle-tuned multilayer thin-film filter is evaluated and the applicability is discussed.
