  • Abstract
    The purpose of this paper is the experimental definition of amplitude and phase progression fluctuations of an electromagnetic wave of three centimeter band by means of unique equipment in the circumstances of coastal region of Sevastopol, Ukraine in conjunction with meteorological measurements.
