Abstract :
This paper approach the response of the system load to different types of the voltage sags. The system load is represented as a combination of static and dynamic loads. Using recorded field data, for which was determined types and parameters of the voltage sags, this paper presents an analyzing software tools for the system load behavior during voltage sags. The case studies performed at a given system load, using proposed algorithm for estimation the values of the currents absorbed during different types of voltage sags has led to highlight some useful conclusions concerning the responses of the system load to these perturbations.
