Abstract :
This paper describes the successful experience of the directional control blasting demolition of 210m reinforced concrete chimney, and elucidates the determination of the project scheme, parameter design, electronic digital detonator detonating network and blasting safety technology. Based on the characteristics of the large-size chimney, dense reinforced bars and high strength concrete structure, pre-cut the large-size oriented window to reduce the blasting area and destroy the chimney´s ring beam structure. Especially, based on the characteristics of the over-high chimney with heavy deadweight, this paper provides the comprehensive protection method for anti-fly rock splash, vibration reduction and dust fall. By observation from the multiple points of view, the comprehensive vibration reduction protection method can effectively control the secondary disaster resulted from blasting.
