Abstract :
It was analyzed the modern system of business management - the processes of operator NGOSS (New Generation Operations Systems and Software), which helps to create a cross-cutting structure design, integration and operation of OSS / BSS. The key elements of the system such as: eTom, SID, TNA, TAM, SANRR, were reviewed and analyzed.
