Abstract :
After the research of automation and flexible production, the intelligent press forming is the main research object of sheet metal forming. The key technologies of real-time monitoring, identifying, predicting and controlling were studied, which constitute the basis of the intelligent deep drawing control theory. In this paper, a control rule of BHF (blank hold force) based on the mechanical model of the metal sheet deep drawing was built. The satisfying result was obtained when the artificial neural network was used in the case of real-time identification. By using the production and technology of virtual instrument, the experiment control system was founded.
