Abstract :
This paper presents the design of a controller which electrifies vehicles by a direct methanol fuel cell. The project has been prepared based on a 1:4 scaled model of a car. As part of this project, an electronic motherboard including control algorithms for wireless system monitoring and car control has been developed. For wireless communication between the vehicle and the PC, a connection has been established based on ZigBee PRO standard. This connection is encrypted using an AES-128 algorithm. Finally, in order to verify the performance of the proposed controller, it has been installed on an actual car.
