Abstract
A fuzzy model based control approach is proposed for the stabilization of non linear systems. The fuzzy model is described by a set of uncertain linear systems where the local system uncertainty depends on the fulfillment degree of the corresponding rule. A quadratic stability margin optimization approach is used to design the local controller. The global control law is obtained by switching between local controllers. A simulation example is given to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed method
