Abstract :
The video monitoring system plays important roles in the military, public security, bank, transport, hotel, important storehouse, gymnasium, intelligent building, civilized community, airport and other fields. However, traditional monitoring system has many shortcomings. This thesis researches the intelligent monitoring system based on digital image processing, expounds the analysis technique of intelligent monitoring system and provides the soft-hard structure and operational principle of intelligent monitoring system. The thesis clarifies various detecting ways to invasive image and realizes the system function through program.
