Abstract :
In present work a new concept of high porous metals structures formation is described, which is based on condensation of ion-sputtered substance near the thermodynamical equilibrium. We have analyzed advantages of the technological systems with self-organisation of critically small supersaturations of depositing fluxes together with accumulation of a substance near a growth surface.
