Abstract :
Using X-ray diffraction methods (XRD), scanning electron microscopy, with microanalysis (SEM with EDS) and positron annihilation spectroscopy (PAS) the Al2O3, coatings obtained by microarc oxidation under different of deposition conditions were analyzed. It was shown by changing the electrolytic-plasma deposition parameters we can control the element composition of coatings, as well as physical and mechanical properties of coatings and surface morphology.
