Abstract
Summary form only given. The most prominent and widely studied conducting polymer is polyaniline for obvious reasons. Though in recent times various structural modifications have been reported to specific desired property. However, there has been no report on improving the existing methods for polyaniline synthesis. Here in this paper we describe a chemical oxidative polymerization method, where the oxidant used for polymerization also acts as dopant. Our experiments indicates that polymer so obtained has better crystallinity.
