  • Abstract
    Toll system is improving at the same time of expressway greatly developing . Intelligent toll system attracts more and more attentions and gets very wide application. With the development of computer, communication and network technology, toll system also has intelligent and network management. Toll system collects unremittingly a lot of toll flow date and other traffic information.We can predict traffic flow using the date of toll system base on neural network. We can understand the traffic flow every road and it shares the road network specific weight, Meanwhile, traffic flow characteristics of spatial distribution and time distribution can be summarized, traffic flow change law and influencing factors can be obtained also. So it provides a background for the road network planning in the road designing and developing, traffic controlling, and traffic safety etc.
