Abstract :
This paper reports on NIEL calculation methods. A specific software NEMO (NIEL evaluation model of ONERA) dedicated to NIEL calculation have been used for this study. This toolkit takes into account coulombic and nuclear elastic scattering. Nuclear reactions have been modeled by means of GEANT 4 simulations. Importance of displacement threshold energy (Td) and of energy partition function is discussed.
