Abstract
Complex irradiator for reflexotherapy capable of time and spatial superposition of MW and ultrasonic (US) irradiation of biologically active points (BAF) located on human´s skin is considered. The effect of concurrent operation of the MW unit made of the piece of coaxial cable with the outer diameter approximately equal to the size of BAP [S.V. Belavskaya, L.I. Lisitsyna, I.V. Berezhinskii et al., 2001] and US unit made of piezoplate with rod [S.V. Belavskaya, L.I. Lisitsyna et al., 2001] was investigated. It is shown that the effect, estimated by the change of intensity of MW and US radiation and by appearing of output noise, is acceptable for reflexotherapy. The depth and locality of combined treatment remains the same as for the individually with the mentioned types of irradiation.
