Abstract :
A new zero voltage switching (ZVS) active clamp flyback converter over wide load ranges is proposed. All switches operate under the ZVS condition using an auxiliary inductor and capacitor, which results in a high frequency operation. The operation principles and experimental results are presented to validate the proposed circuit.
