Abstract
There are about 10 million visually impaired people in China nowadays. They desiderate help from the community. This paper discusses some key technologies to implement accessible information services and systems for visually impaired people. Shanghai hold 2010 World Expo. This is a good opportunity to show modern Chinese civilization to the world. Information accessibility is very important, indicating civilized level for a country. This paper gives some useful advices from technical points
