Abstract

The strategic alliance of enterprise is a kind of important strategy for the growth of enterprise as an important organization innovation, studying the strategic alliance of enterprise counts for much meaning to supply chain management (SCM) developed between enterprises. This article describes the formation of the management organization of supply chain based on the strategic alliance, it puts forward that the management organization of supply chain should follow the principles of relaxation, common-sharing, common-bearing, equality etc., in order to adapt to the demands of SCM, it puts forward the innovative methods for the reconstruction of enterprise organization, human resources management, the application of information technology and risk management etc
