Abstract :
The description of the test bench for investigation of processes of diffraction of electromagnetic waves by scattering structures and the results of experimental and theoretical research of characteristics of electromagnetic wave scattering by the prefractal diffraction gratings (PFDG) with variable Hausdorff dimension are presented. The study was fulfilled in the gigahertz frequency range (36-50 GHz). The comparison of experimental results with numerical calculations is carried out.
