Abstract
Spectral and field characteristics of the open disk liquid resonator in the four-millimeter waveband are experimentally investigated. The resonator is made as the thin-walled cuvette filled by a liquid in which whispering gallery modes are excited. The construction of the resonator is convenient for studying of characteristics of disk resonators in view of possibility of change of its parameters and sizes. Possibility of use of the resonator for studying of nonpolar liquids properties is shown.
