Abstract
This paper presents the design of a single band tunable fractal meander dipole antenna and its miniaturized configurations that are incorporated with broadband quarter-wavelength triangular tapered balun. The observation frequency range is up to 3.5 GHz. The miniaturized antenna is implemented on a low loss material while a stub similar to S.A. Hamzah, et al. 2009 is used to remove a higher order mode.
