Abstract
This paper presents an interleaved buck converter which has low switch voltage stress with high conversion ratio implementing a constant output voltage. Voltage regulation is done by voltage mode control due to its simple control circuitry. The voltage stress across the switches is reduced by parallel connection of series capacitors to the input voltage. Hence in high power converters the efficiency and life of switches is improved The simulation is done in MATLAB SIMULINK model and various graphs are plotted to verify the operation of the proposed converter.
