This paper establishes two-dimensional control equation of particle electrostatic simulation, improves the potential distribution algorithm, uses SOR method for solving two-dimensional Poisson equation, optimizes SOR method by introducing Chebyshev acceleration method, improved the calculation speed and algorithm stability; using computing grid center electric field instead of computing grid point electric field solves the solving problem of the boundary electric field accurately.
