Abstract
We describe a clinical decision support toolkit (CDST) which has the capability to support workers across most healthcare sectors. The tool provides sets of tools which enable the user to manipulate data, carry out various levels of statistical analysis of data and visualization. This toolkit can be used in two modes of operation: skilled and semi-skilled. In order to demonstrate the potential for the CDST across the healthcare sectors we describe how the tool was used to aid in analysis of alcohol counselling data.
