  • Abstract
    Patent risk assessment in automatic control technology development process can not be ignored. Most main factors of the patent risk assessment in automatic control technology include the possibility of infringement, the possibility of losing the lawsuit, degree of impact of losing the lawsuit, the alternative of technology and authorized necessity. Automatic control technology patent risk prevention system design should consider these factors.
