  • Abstract
    The method of computer design showed, that a photodiode of type UFD-04-16 on the basis of selenide of zinc at the thickness of a barrier layer of nickel 10 nm can have current monochromatic sensitiveness on the wave-length 250 nm to 0.6 A/W, that makes it possible to use it for detection of mitogenetic radiation.
