Abstract
In this paper, the authors have presented new results of separated objects reconstruction with the ramp response technique. With the canonical example of 2 separated spheres, we have shown that the limit of separation between these objects is given by the spatial limit of resolution, which is inversely proportional to the frequency band. Indeed, the spread in the shadow region does not impact this limit of separation, but it only affects the shape of objects; this must be compensated in the reconstruction process.
