After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

At present, there is question of close modes in shipboard equipment which can enlarge the impact response. The influencing factors in the dynamic analysis of GJB1060.1-91 have not been considered. Modal theory to explain the closely amplification of the response function, a processing-close modes method: considering the damping effect, assuming that the impact of design input acceleration occurs in shock after the start of 1/4 cycle, are dense modal response of the actual time course.The actual response time history overlapped with non-dense modal response synthesized by NRL finally get the total response. With this method solving an engineering problem, the results show that the means played a good inhibitory effect for amplification of the response, more accurately.
