Abstract
A set of the optical and electric equipment has been designed to ensure maintenance of the comfortable conditions for performance of the medical treatment procedures for the newly-born and infant children. It was demonstrated, that while creating the thermal neutral environment owing to the even IR-heating with the power of 75-100 W/m2, it is possible to compensate in the full scope both the heat losses of the human body by the IR-irradiation and other types of the heat losses by means of convection and evaporation processes.
