Abstract :
Local radio sources had sizes from 1,9 to 2,4 ang. min and had brightness from 80 103 o 1,75 106 K. During 2 years of new 24th cycle of solar activity the radius in the wavelength 10,7 and 12 cm had increased from 1,016Re to 1,05 ± 0,003 R⊙, the height of emissive layer had moved from 11103 km to (30 ± 7)103 km, the brightness temperature of quiet Sun grew from (35,8 ±0,4) 103 K to (44±3)103 K. Absence of local sources in the 95 cm wavelength is considered as a sign of low flare activity.
