Abstract :
Demonstrates the feasibility of implementing wideband analog cells in standard VLSI CMOS technology, as reduced device sizes lead to higher operating frequency potential. The development of such circuits is of increasing importance if single-chip mixed-mode systems for wireless and video applications are to become a reality
