Abstract :
Process modeling plays a crucial role in the analysis, optimization and automation of administrative processes in the e-government domain. In this paper, we present the UML activity diagram to model e-government administrative processes. Based on this, a case study about applying for social security cards in Shanghai is illustrated. A prototype for workflow-supported e-government management system is implemented in terms of the proposed approach
