  • Abstract
    Enterprises must realize the change from seller market to buyer market which forces enterprises to produce consumer-oriented products under environment of the needs of customers individuality and the ever-changing market, thus adopt the customer-centered supply chain managing thought. Competition among enterprises is the competition among the supply chains, and the competition advantage of supply chains depends on its own competitiveness. From the viewpoint of system, this paper firstly sets up a set of supply chain competitiveness evaluation index system and achieves membership conversion on condition that it is known to the membership and weight of indicators, ultimately, evaluates the supply chain competitiveness. This algorithm makes comparability between indicators strengthen and it is neither new data nor information distortion, which has a higher scientific and practical application value.
