Abstract :
This paper presents an evaluation method for transmission network planning which introduces entropy weight method into comprehensive fuzzy evaluation to solve the difficulty of weight decision and overcomes the subjectivity of weight decision to some extent. In this paper the synthesis operator is also improved which enables all the information of each indicators to be made full use of and the evaluation results to be distinguished easily. The IEEE Garver-6 Case study results show that the proposed method is feasible, effective and available for practical application.
