Abstract :
In paper considered reasons of garbling a harmonic signal and chosen nonlinear elements of equivalent transistor scheme with the barrier an Shotky, which contribute a most contribution to the process of multiplying. On the base of equivalent scheme of transistor recorded system integral-differential equations with using an integral Duamel, deciding it in time area allows to find all voltages in the scheme and calculate Y parameters models. Hereinafter pays a simplified variant of transistor frequency doubler on the transistor 3/spl Pi/602A.
