Abstract :
A very low power biquadratic SC filter section designed for LF or FLF structures has been developed using improved CMOS invertors together with a three phase clocking sequence. The integrated circuit achieves 66 dB dynamic range and less than 5 ¿W power dissipation with a 32 kHz sampling frequency and a 3 V supply.
