Abstract
The low density mixture liquid is strict with every component mixed proportion, and its control system requests high control precision. The traditional ratio control system is often unable to realize the ingredient precision control. Taking the iterative learning control theory as the core, this paper designs the ingredient control system combined with the PID control algorithm, which is able to increase the ingredient precision and the product quality largely. According to simulation and practical application, the control system can increase the control precision effectively and has good control effect.
