Abstract :
Job-shop scheduling problem in small batch production modes is an important problem of production scheduling. It is one of the most important links on CIMS and widely applied to the engineering. In this paper, according to the feature of job-shop scheduling, an improved algorithms which is based on efficiency function is presented, the algorithms adopt "processing efficiency", and introducing "virtual operation" and "virtual machine", and then we accomplish these algorithms in Microsoft Project 2007 Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Through analyzing and practical verifying with a scheduling test, the job-shop scheduling results using these algorithms were very satisfactory.
