Abstract :
This paper will describe about an electrically programmable CCD transversal filter LSI for TV ghost canceller. The LSI contains a 129-stage CCD transversal filter with quadrantally variable multipliers, a tap gain memory composed of a capacitor array, analog switches and a 128-stage dynamic shift register and all pheripheral circuits required for the CCD operation.
