Abstract :
Traditional methodologies have some difficulty in analyzing the reliability of complicated hydraulic system. In the paper, based on GO methodology, a GO model for hydraulic system of 25T type crane is established. Then, according to the model, margin of safety of hydraulic system is obtained using quantitative calculation of GO methodology, and minimal cut sets of hydraulic system failures is determined using qualitative analysis of GO methodology. Finally reliability of hydraulic system is evaluated. The practical application shows that GO methodology in the reliability analysis of the hydraulic system is feasible and effective approach.
