Abstract :
We designed a distributed control network for a lead frame plating process. In this process, the heavy traffic load is driven to a communication bandwidth for the monitoring and control. Because of a large amount of transmitted data, we implemented the Ethernet as a backbone. And the rectifiers (distributed controllers) are designed to have an opto-communication port for communicating data with a bridged PC. In this paper, the example of an industrial communication network is illustrated and analyzed by a time-delay scheme.
