  • Abstract
Currently, the general automatic test system (ATS) can solve a series of problems existing in equipment maintenance and realize the conformity of resources. This paper introduces the hardware components, the structure design, the adapter components, the circuit design principles, and the test description software etc. The adapter can be auto-identified by ATS in self test phrase to keep the security of system, the test description software provides standard description for actual test, and produces description documents, which are convenient to write the test software. The general ATS is designed in standard and modularized method. The hardware has generalization character, and the software is transplantable and interoperable. With the adapter and software, general automatic test system can accomplish capability test and fault diagnosis for units under test.
