Abstract
Teaching and learning in ITV and online courses create unique problems that are different from those found in conventional classrooms. These problems suggest that factors affecting ITV and online learning need to be analyzed. The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship among learning factors, such as computer proficiency, technology acceptance, class interaction, attitude, class satisfaction, technology satisfaction, and learning styles. Statistical method such as multiple regression and canonical correlation is utilized in the study.
