Abstract :
An experimental Functional Water is described, integrating the active circuitry and the interconnecting signal and powering system of a 8kx9 Writeable Control Store on a 2 1/4" Wafer. Results of this experiment are discussed and an outlook on some functional wafer potentials is given.
