Abstract :
A minicomputer program has been developed for the nonlinear dc, small-signal ac and nonlinear transient analysis using a novel algorithm for the virtual storage of large arrays required for the circuit description. ANDREI runs on a 32K words VARIAN 73, only 16K of which are available to the user program. Thus a general minicomputer simulator has been created for complex IC´s (up to 150 nodes and 150 elements, of which 100 can be semiconductor devices) to be run on any 32K mini with a disc unit, regardless of the operating system.
