Abstract
The authors analyze the mutual coupling between two parallel, flanged waveguides of arbitrary width and separation by using the moment method. The solution is based on the generalized admittance matrix formulation which may handle both TM and TE field coupling. Numerical results are presented graphically for the magnitudes and the phases of the equivalent magnetic current sheets over the apertures of two identical parallel flanged waveguides
