Abstract :
In the coal mine water level control systems, because the variables are non-linear, time lagged and uncertain, it is not possible to establish the mathematical model precisely. This article combines the intelligent control with the traditional automatic control device. According to the principle of the fuzzy control and the characteristic of PLC, designing the mine water level fuzzy control system, and realizing it on PLC. This article mainly discusses the fuzzy controller´s design process and the software realizing of the fuzzy control strategy on PLC. After being completed, the system has the high reliability and good robustness and realizes the control of the mine water level ideally.
