  • Abstract
In this paper, a remote listening device is proposed as a possible application of piezoelectric energy harvesting. First, a brief overview of the piezoelectric phenomenon is given. This is followed by an explanation of the proposed setup for harvesting piezoelectricity. Next, a Data acquisition and Transmission model for the listening device is discussed using readily available commercial solutions. A simplistic noise avoidance algorithm and proposed real world usage is also mentioned. Possible advancements are also discussed.
