Abstract
The growing interest in low power consumption devices has directly led to the development of current-mode circuits. In this paper, a low noise transconductance amplifier (LNTA) with noise cancellation mechanism is operating in 2-6 GHz range and the performances are examined through PSPICE simulations. The proposed low noise transconductance amplifier results in wideband matching and can simultaneously provide double transconductance and noise cancellation. The design results in achieving a wide 3 dB range having a noise figure 4.2 dB, and voltage gain of 18.7 dB.
